"I worked with Kirk as part of the Engineering Leadership Team at Draken UK. Kirk took on leadership of a small team where the increasing volume of work for new aircraft types was driving a need to build a much larger DOA and transform the process and team to ensure they were capable of meeting the changing needs of the organisation. 


He worked hard to engage the existing members of the team and on a number of occasions I was privileged to be able to help him by facilitating workshops which enabled the team to explore process and the ways they worked with the process.

Kirk is well respected by his team and led from the front during covid including implementing the changes to team practices to enable them to deliver whilst working from home. 

He was a trusted colleague who I could rely on to help me over a coffee and I am grateful for the support he gave me in my role at Draken.”
